Wee ooohhh wee ooohhh

The the sound of sirens. Here in the city they are an almost constant sound. I hear them so much Im beginning to be able to tell them apart. Police sirens - Ambulance sirens - and Firetruck sirens. Its just so awesome.

So my computer broke for about the 4th time since returning from Cuba. I took it into Futureshop today and they got it working .. hopefully it stays working for a long long time. All I really do on this computer is play World of Warcraft and lurk facebook so its not like Im missing too much but I do rather enjoy both of those things.

Oohhhh and Ive got a job now .. sort of ... Im waiting to hear from the people about coming in for orientation so hopefully that happens this week. AAAANNNDDD Elisha got a job too. So now we are finally actually doing something in London and not just sitting around all day like the fools we are. I will be trying to document as much of my time working at the Loblaws hot food area - whatever its called - as much as possible since Im sure everyone wants to read about that.

In other news - I really want to watch The Nightmare Before Christmas. I have been singing the songs from it all week and the copy I own is currently at my parents house all the way in Simcoe. So boo. Hopefully Elisha and I pick it up soon so we can watch it and stop singing the songs.

Im keeping this blog today short and sweet.

In Retrospect...

So staying up all night wasnt the best idea Ive ever had in my life. I managed to stay up until 9:3o and I met up with Cait and he friend Leslie and her cousin Jamie for breakfast at Coras. When I got home at around 10:30 I fell asleep almost instantly when I sat on the chair in the living room. When Elisha rolled out of bed at 11ish, I was passed out on the couch and apparently I was talking to Elisha while I was still sleeping and she told me it was absolutely ridiculous. So I went to bed at 12ish and didnt wake up till 6:30. That is the last time I want to stay up all night. Its 10:36pm right now and Im so tired I could just roll over and fall asleep until tomorrow morning.

So now Im going to go try and keep myself occupied until I just dont care enough and then Im going to bed.
